Kargage LLC, a fast-growing freight brokerage, is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our dynamic back-office team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to carriers and vendors, managing invoicing, and keeping our finances running smoothly.

  • Process carrier and vendor invoices daily

  • Verify load completion and required documents before payment

  • Ensure payments align with contract terms and delivery proof

  • Track and resolve billing discrepancies
